Message from the Hon. Consul of Niue in Tokyo
Konnichiwa, Nihon ni, korarete, kouei desu (Hello it is an honour to be in Japan)
As of July 10th, 2024, I was appointed Honorary Consul of Niue for Tokyo Japan by the Government of Niue and assumed office.
As Hon. Consul, I will deepen the mutual understanding between Niue and Japan through the hospitality of guests from Niue and the support of international students and other Niue people during their stay here in Japan. I will do my utmost best to make the exchange between these two countries more fruitful for both our future generations.
It is our hope that you all will give support and cooperation to this lasting relationship.
Ko au, ko koe, ko e tautolu, ko Niue!
I am, you are, we are, Niue
Jayson Vemoa
Honorary Consul of Niue in Tokyo, Japan
Fakaalofa hofi hofi atu, NHS (Niue Primary Schoo) and Carol Edwards (NPS Principal) for the wonderful painting I had commissioned from you for our office here in Tokyo, Japan.
The mural you created from Niue captures a special meaning between Niue and Japan. It is an honour to have this as our centre piece of artwork here at the Niue Consulate in Tokyo, Japan.
